1. Text of the consent
By submitting a form on avm-ai.kz, registering in the Customer Account or subscribing to the newsletter, I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, consent to AVM.AI Partners LLP (BIN 250640022260, address: 010000, Astana, Yesil district, Uly Dala Avenue 62, apt. 7) collecting and processing my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.
2. Data covered
- first and last name;
- e-mail address;
- phone number;
- company name and job title;
- the content of the message submitted through the form;
- technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser information.
3. Purposes
- handling the request and responding, including arranging a Service demo;
- preparing a commercial proposal and concluding an agreement;
- providing access to the Service and technical support;
- sending informational and marketing messages — subject to separate newsletter consent;
- improving the website and the Service based on anonymised statistics.
4. Processing operations
Consent is given for the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated and non-automated means alike.
5. Transfer to third parties
I consent to my data being shared with the Company's subprocessors — cloud infrastructure, e-mail delivery, analytics, telephony and AI model providers — to the extent necessary for the purposes in section 3, including cross-border transfers under section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. The consent is valid from the day it is given until it is withdrawn, but no longer than the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
6.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to alibek.abdekov2110@gmail.com or via the unsubscribe link in any e-mail.
6.3. Processing stops within 10 business days of withdrawal, except for data that must be retained by law (accounting and tax records) or is needed to defend the Company's rights.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect processing necessary to perform a concluded agreement.
7. Confirmations
7.1. I confirm that the data is provided voluntarily, is accurate and relates to me.
7.2. If I submit third-party data (for example, that of colleagues), I confirm that I am authorised to do so and that those persons have consented.
7.3. I have been informed of the rights of a data subject under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and of how to exercise them.
