Terms of use — AVM.AI

1. General

1.1. These Terms are concluded between AVM.AI Partners LLP (the "Company") and any person using the avm-ai.kz website (the "User").

1.2. Using the website means accepting these Terms in full. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

1.3. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the changes.

2.1. Some sections require registration. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their password secure and for all actions taken under their account.

2.3. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to alibek.abdekov2110@gmail.com.

2.4. The Company may block an account for breach of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The User may not:

copy, distribute or modify website materials without the Company's written permission;
use automated data collection tools (scrapers, scanners) without prior agreement;
take actions that impair the website's operation, including load-based attacks;
circumvent technical restrictions and protection mechanisms;
submit unlawful, offensive or misleading content through website forms;
impersonate another person or an organisation's representative without authority.

4.1. The design, texts, graphics, code, trademarks and other objects on the website belong to the Company or are used on lawful grounds.

4.2. Quoting is allowed with a mandatory active link to the source and within a volume not exceeding 20% of the text.

4.3. By submitting materials through website forms, the User grants the Company the right to use them to the extent needed to handle the enquiry.

5.1. Information about the product, prices and capabilities is informational and is not a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2. The Company aims to keep materials current but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies and may change content without prior notice.

5.3. The website may link to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for their content or data practices.

6.1. The website is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, except as expressly provided by law.

6.3. The Company's liability towards Customers under service delivery is governed by the Public Offer and the Service Rules.

7.1. Users' personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

7.2. By submitting a form, the User confirms the consent published on the Consent to personal data processing page.

8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the court at the Company's location.

8.3. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
